Like many of our Android ports, this one is no different. This new port was created by the XDAndroid team. They managed to get a nearly perfect Android port, and this comes with support for not only one but almost all HTC’s new devices.

I have been using this on my HD and Touch Pro2 for the past two days, and I have some good things to say about it. The port works very well on all my devices, it’s fast, stable and beautiful. I have used many ports, but this is just about the best looking so far. It runs on a very simple but nice theme, filled with beautiful wallpapers and more.

Installation

1: Remove all previous Android files, if present

2: Copy the contents of the archive to the root of the storage card, if on

the Raphael, or to the root of the internal storage if on the Diamond.

3: Go into the startups folder and choose the startup.txt for your

device model and rename it to startup.txt and copy it out to the root folder, overwriting the existing one.

4: Disconnect the device, launch Haret and enjoy!

1. Using registry notifications instead of polling for updating notifications (bubbles, date, time, etc.). Notifications (and reloadIcon) should now appear immediately. Battery foot print should also be smaller.
2. Icon, text, circles, offset sizes, etc. are scaled automatically if the application is launched in a different resolution than the one in settings.xml (LastConfiguredAt).
