Songloader is a windows mobile freeware that can be used to download music on your pocket pc device. It requires Requires .net cf 2.0 to work
The idea behind the is to multiple music (or video) hosting sites, currently it only supports polish Wrzuta.pl , and it allows you to download media from the site. I got the app to run but when i did a search the app crashed. According to the dev it should work via 3G connection
Be sure to create the folder where you want the song to be download to, the default is : /Storage Card/Songloader. Also Note thaat the app does not add itself to the program list, you have to launch it from a file explorer
